Lifter Can do Nuclear

Description

A simple patch so Lifter from Biotech can Haul Fuel Rods from Dubs Rimatomics.

Known Issues

If you are adding this mid-save, existing Lifters won't be able to do their new job. However, gestating a new one will do.

Compatibility

Since this is a simple XML patch, there shouldn't be any problem with other mods; however
Please let me know if you found any irregularity!

this is EXACTLY what I was looking for, I am tired of throwing away slaves at the nuclear fuel reprocessing center.
