Disclaimer: I am not entirely sure what is happening inside of this mod.
It feels like a Dungeon Mod + Gacha game in one package.


Posting this here in ENGLISH for people too lazy to google translate the official instructions:

1. Use Deovolente's 4 GB Patch[www.patreon.com] (Replace Darkest.exe)
2. Disable Monster Preloading[aurora72.coding.net]
3. Increase Max Entities[aurora72.coding.net] to 90,000 OR YOUR SAVE WILL CRASH!!!
4. Install Main World Rift Mod as DLC - Guide Here[aurora72.coding.net]
5. Only THEN can you subscribe to this translation
6. Launch Darkest Dungeon through STEAM (not EXE)

Assert Failed when loading your save means you DIDN'T follow the above steps. OR you're trying to load the game through the EXE file. Instead, launch the game through STEAM.
