DESCRIPTION:

Noel Vermillion is a former lieutenant of the Novus Orbis Librarium who was assigned to
return the AWOL Jin Kisaragi to his post, and a playable character in BlazBlue series.
Noel also serves as the main heroine in BlazBlue game.

Known issue:
============
-Shortgun sound fired from thirdperson view coudn't produce, unknown reason
-Online play with weird animation, solve: Ask the server/dedicated owner to install this model in their machine too.
(Both dedicated and listen server / Server creator and player) must have the model install to ensure no animation glitch issues.
-If use Rin survivor model into game, one of them will change name to default original survivor. This because the game only
read one name file. Unless either one is disable in addon selection, custom name will back again.
