Fix Double Water Consume for More Builds

Works on 41.78.16 SP/MP
Safe to add to/remove from existing saves

You may need this mod if you use More Builds or its variations.
Fix the issue that taking water always consumes double amount of water.

You know, I had noticed my water bottles would use up an entire sink even though sinks hold 20 and the water bottle says its only ten. Had no clue it was more builds that was doing that. Thank you for this fix.
