Estate Agent Signs Pack

Bringing a little bit more of the UK to workshop; Today I have some Estate Agent Signs/boards for you. As the old estate agent saying goes "Boards bread boards". I should know, I worked as an estate agent long enough to have my own make believe agency; HR Estate Agents. There are also "William H Brown, Connells and Purple Brick (we used to swap the P and B around) version, 16 props in total.

You will find these boards on most UK streets, in the local pond or in a completely different persons garden depending on its proximity to a pub.

I wasn't 100% sure on the height. If you think they are too low you can always raise them up with move it another 50cm (4x page-ups). You could also PO them, get rid of the post and place them on the sides of properties depending on how realistic you want to get.

I'll pump out a few more packs of these as well as some commercial ones. The will hit my Patreon first.
