Harder Rome playthrough for Very Hard and Legendary

Description
Rome is a great faction, but its also fairly easy. This mod hopes to make it a bit more of a tough fight. What this mod does is:

1) Increase the base AI recruitment to 6 at a time.

2) Reduces AI building cost by 40%.

3) Reduces the upkeep cost of all AI military units by 40%.

4) Gives a default penalty of -20 for Rome with all other factions.

5) AI gets free 500 food so they won't ever go into attrition.

6) Most factions get a 200% increase in their research rate. Carthage, Ardiaei, Suebi, and Sparta get an increased 500% research rate. The etruscan leagues gets 1000% increased research rate. The etruscans can actually become dangerous for once.

7) All factions gets a default income of 3000, except Carthage and Suebi who get 5000.

Rome does get something, Rome gets the ability to do night attacks by default.

Also, starting at Imperium 3 you will start to get a negative penalty with all other factions that really adds up. Imperiurm 3 is -20, Imperium 4 is -40, Imperium 5 is -60, Imperium 6 is -80, Imperium 7 is -100, and Imperium 8 is -200. Basically, don't plan on having allies.

I recommend pairing this mod with the below incredible mod that starts Rome off with just Rome, meaning you have to actually expand from the very start.

I played your mod on very hard with Rome having Latium as only region at the beginning.... I also played with the limited diplomacy mod... At around 40 turns I got overwhelmed by Epirus who had still southern Italy, and attacked me with 4 full stuck armies. I had two stacks in Neapolis. Will try another campaign. Well done!
