2007 Beta Styled Charger Sounds

THE SOUNDS ARE NOW COMPLETE

Had it in my mind and decided to do it
Main context for why I chose these sounds is because in the 2007 Gameplay of L4D1, the special infected had publicly used(for money ig) sounds as placeholders, so I decided to do kinda the same for the Charger, I was originally planning to do a HL2 zombie sound, but that idea didn't go out so well-
