使用SYS rng参数

在控制台输入（按键盘"~"）

bind "@" "incrementvar cl_buy_favorite_nowarn 0 1000000000 1"

其中 @ 需要替换为你选择的按键 例如 G H J .....(无功能的按键）

[] 绑定完成后就可以使用绑定的按键在游戏内实时切换皮肤
