Chaos Dwarfs and Nurgle traits bug fix

Description
Feature:

Fixed some of the new Chaos Dwarfs and Nurgle traits:

Infernal Castellan:
Cruel: fixed sacking income


Nurgle Chaos Sorcerer hero:
The second set of mutually exclusive skills for the Death wiz are now on on a different line like the Nurgle mage.

Skill fix:
Added the RoR Forsaken version to Wolf of the Wastes
Added the missing % on the tooltip of Move Bite and Wolf of the Wastes (it was supposed to always be a % and not a +stat)
Legion of Doom: Added Pestigor to the buffed units
Added Encourage to the Chaos Sorcerer of Nurgle

Technology fix:
Monstrous Abundance: Added The Forsaken RoR
Strain Resistance: Added The Forsaken RoR
Humanity is a Virus: Added The Forsaken RoR


I didnt test all the changes so i hope they work fine.
For Nurgle traits there was already a mod but you weren't able to use it on already recruited/saved/recruit pool characters so i made this. I put everything in 1 mod so you dont need to have multiple mod and is easier for everyone.

Added the fix for the 2 pop surplus for the major settlement cos CA fixed only the minor...

For some reason The Angels of Decay are buffed multiple times and i rly cant give a duck about that trash of the trash. This only happen in the tech (almost 100% sure but like i said i dont care xD) and for Airborne Agues (only for the MA that they get 3x).
Btw if you think that in 5.0.x everything was working fine this is a big WTF.
Better spend some time to unnerf the poor Vlad and the other boys.

CA fixed almost everything but they managed to fcked up something else... The chaos inf RoR recive 2 times the buff of the mortal lord in the red line (lvl 7+).
For now i removed them from the unit set but i still need to check if that unit set is used somewhere else (im pretty sure it's used).
Why they cant fcking check their fix ffs

@PG95 sure but i will make a new mod cos this one is just a bug fix.
I was thinking of made (at least for myself) a pre 5.1.0 nerf mod cos i rly hate the nerf of Vlad, Malus and some other things even if they made fight vs them harder.

Is there no way you can make this mod still let plague rush affect the entire army after patch 5.1 ?

The 5.1 should fix almost everything if what they put in the patch note is not wrong.
The sad part is that Plague rush will only buff the lord/hero... I've to say goodbye to my "fast for a fat ass" great unclean one army :steamsad:

Fck me... i had to stard a Daniel campaign just to check that and looks like the only thing that wasnt working was the Beast of Nurgle for some strange reason...
For Nurgle factions is was everything ok...
Well, i added a line and the Beast looks fine now.
Btw now im not totaly sure if the units that you recruits from your allies will get the buff from Beastly trait.
Also i dont know why but in Daniel faction Beastly buff even the Soul Grinder with the exception of the Nurgle variant. Imo they should not be buff but im not in CA mind. Its just a fcking mess :steamsad:
