Taro's Pamai Tweaks

Requires Foxhounds Pamai and SOG Prairie Fire

I made a little config mod that tweaks and fixes isssues on the Foxhound's Pamai terrain.

* Inheritance changed from Stratis to Cam Lao Nam - meaning that it will use Cam Lao Nam's lighting, sounds and such
* realligned the map grid - it was horribly borked
* redone the ground clutter - Added much more variaty to the ground clutter in the forests (previously it was literally just one fern model with different scales). Also tweaked the settings so the ground clutter take the ground color with fixed the ultrabright grass in the clearings.

I increased the max size that the ground clutter can have as I wanted really dense jungle. It is easy to change though, so you can tweak that yourself to fit your own liking.

Fantastic config mod, I'm really looking forward to versions for Hutan and Vanam. One bit of feedback though, I found the ground clutter to be a bit too large here - it looks fantastic but really impedes gameplay because of how much it disrupts sight compared to vanilla. Maybe apply some scale modifiers to certain pieces of clutter, especially the grass?
