Remove Maintenance/Dust [Research]

Description
This mod add a new field in Research and two new Tech that can be researched.
The first remove all the maintenance need for the buildings, the second remove all dust accumulation on the buildings, the third Upgrade the drone battery by 500 %

I dont see the option to research anything. Theres a column but nothing to research
