Can you create a mod where armaments is unlimited? I am always needing them to upgrade my settlements but never have enough.

since yo uare one of the few that touched manufactory, do you think it would be possible to create mod taht would add more manufgactory upgrade slots ?
its 3 base + 2 research = 5 at max but there are 8 buffs in total so increasing the base to 6 or the research to 5 ??

or merging the effects togeteher as they are unlocked when you gain capacity or both
