Salvage Run (Draconis Expanse)

This entry level gunship USED to be a rock hopper. Yes! A humble little rock hopper like the one we all started out with, inherited from our drunk uncle.

It HAS had a few very minor changes, but trust me they are all easy to do and well within the budget of a thrifty Belter. Make a few runs to Ceres with ice for sale and you should be able to buy the PDC chips needed for the Flak cannons. At a pinch you could go with Voltair anti-personel PDCs, just be careful with your ambition for pirate hunting.


I think I have all the DLC selected for this. The beams are NEEDED for a belter ship. The interior is simple, but a bit 'decorative' and could be replaced with simpler bits.

The core of the ship is built around a basic self repair system. This is somewhat needed for PDC brawling with pirates. If you want to go RP or just don't have the belter components... you can downgrade them or remove them.

Also, make sure you have a lot of steel plate when brawling. It gets messy if you don't.
