Classic Quickbar: Stardust Quickbar replaces Collections patch

Description
removes the icon to open stardust quickbar from inside of classic quickbar and replaces the collections button with stardust quickbar
collections button is moved to a quickbar icon

this mods kinda exists only for myself ,.this is just how i had both quickbars for a long time before i made 'classic quickbar' and i liked it like this . you can have it if you want though.
its not really that useful at all . you really dont need two quickbars

Can you make a slowbar(overly comlicated to access quickbar that is preferably really laggy, awkwardly shaped and generally torturous to use), please?
