Honour Guard

Description
What is it?
Protect your low-intrigue rulers against plots and low-combat rulers against duels.
Allows powerful rulers to form an Honour Guard by decision.
Disband the Honour Guard by right-clicking your portrait to gain a skilled soldier or spymaster.
Can also be formed automatically by rare event for free by winning a major battle.

Choose between:
Male or Female bodyguards
> Each provide a different boost to your stats, depending on whether you yourself are male or female.

Trained Knights or Gifted Peasants
> One will greatly increase your personal combat skill, the other will protect you better from plots.

Faithful or Infidels
> Decide what matters more out of piety or personal safety.


16 possible Honour Guard designs, each with their own personalised flavour.

With the Legacy of Rome DLC, gain access to an Honour Guard retinue of defensive pikemen and heavy infantry.

I don't fully understand the Linux issue. I've been told it has something to do with case-sensitivity? All I know is that I finally switched back to Windows recently, and this mod now works perfectly!

Okay, even after disabling all other mods, I have been unable to get this one to work. Can anyone confirm whether or not this works on Linux? I know many mods for other games don't work on Linux machines.

@frednscott Intrigue menu, yes. Available for emperors, kings and independent dukes. Adults only. Not travelling or in prison.

How exactly do you form the honor guard, outside of winning a battle? Is it a decision in the Intrigue menu? If so, who exactly are the requirements for it to show up as an option?
