i need help with getting bigger eng to work button on rights starts rpms fall to far

the rpms are to low and i have tryed a lot of things and it hasnt been working soon as iput the clutch in it falls to 4 rpms and drops and it used to have a clutch i took it out see if it would help nope

you had the exhaust tied into the fuel line, no electricity connected to the throttle, several open ended pipes, and also should have a clutch

so the rpms are to low to fully start
