This mod currently standardizes the NCR Trooper Template in the Mojave Territories, New California Republic, and Navarro Territories. In addition it also adds a new state to the NCR, Mono Town, which extents the NCR's boundaries to the edge of the Sierra Nevada's (I will keep it from conflicting with anything going forward). Eventually, I plan on transforming this mod into a general glow-up for the NCR, touching many areas of the gameplay experience.

Note: This does substantially buff the Navarro Territories, which is the most substantial change.

To do (Sometime):
-Give the focuses 'Brotherhood Diplomacy', and 'The Open Door Policy' (as well as many more) unique events.

-Give Kimball's path the ability to start a Border War to seize Marklee, in order be in full control of Route 395 & 89.

-Change the Navarro Territories 'People Party' icon from generic to the California Bear icon which the NCR and Mojave Territories both use.

-Implement an event giving players an option for the Allgood Flag change post 2278 election, as well as for Moore upon forming the 'Third California Republic' to maintain the previously chosen flag.
