Anywhere below the Expanded Starbases mod should be fine for now. All this does is hide a module that was made unbuildable because dukko didn't know how to do it. I do not know what version of the collection has the unbuildable module, but if there is an Orbital Lab module that is always grayed out, then you should add it.

Should we add this to Collection 2.1 ? Can you give a hint what place in the load order ? ^^
