Over time, it is all too common for people to lose touch with their heritage, as the thrill and immediacy of the present crowds out the echoes and lessons of the past. It would be a shame if that were to happen with respect to the fur trade. It is a seminal part of who we are as a nation, and how we came to be.

The Hudson's Bay Company under George Simpson

UA: Birch-Bark Emperor - Upon completing a Trade-Route to a City-State, claim a nearby neutral tile and spawns Furs. Cities start with a Merchant specialist when settled on Luxury Resources.

UU: Voyageur - Replaces the Great Merchant. +1 Movement and Sight. May Embark over Oceans and settle foreign landmasses.

UB: Fur Depot - Replaces the Mint. Requires a source of Fur, Deer, or Bison nearby, and grants +2 Gold to each source. Trade Routes originating from this city generate +1 Gold for each Luxury Resource type worked by this City. If built on a Landmass for the first time, grants a Trade Route slot

This civilization is cool as fuck. If you think about it, its really like a alternative British Empire, yet at the same time, it feels like you are playing as a colony. I love the idea of turning the Mint into the Fur Exchange where it gives use to tundra lands and its even better colonial and luxury based focus. Even better, the Voyageur is not only a buffed great merchant, but IT CAN MAKE COLONIES! These benefits make a large empire not only be able to sustain their expanse, but to also quicken the pace of their expanse. This mod is an absolute masterpiece and i (on the behalf of ExplosiveWatermelon) beg you to try this mod out. It will be one of the best Civ games you will ever have. Honestly, i cant wait to try it out soon. I'll be buying you a melon! :Miller::steamthumbsup::Citadel:
