Description
This mod serves as a challenge. Only tier 0 and tier 1 items with be obtainable. If an item is not a quality 0 or quality 1 item, it will be morphed into an item continuously until it finds a quality 0 or 1 item. It uses the seed of the run, so every run with a predetermined seed should end up with the same items.
