A civilian passenger/cargo shuttle I built specifically to go with the New Horizon Starbase found here:

Buildable: There are a few small sub grids (landing gear), If you can manage that, then YES

* Scripts are used and needed in this build, all script credit go's to their respective creators.
* When switching VTOL modes, don't use thrust as it switches.
* The shuttle can make it out of earths gravity with both cargo containers full at 3x capacity setting with about 20% fuel left, higher gravity or cargo capacity settings will change how much it can carry.
* Docking mode will shut off thrusters, set H2 tanks to stockpile, and set batteries to recharge.
