When I equip the arms, I can't equip shoulders anymore. Am I doing something wrong?

To all the fellers requesting things from Shadow of War, I won't lie, it is a BEEYOTCH. I've done a good bit of research myself into trying to figure out how to get it opened up and grab models and voicelines and etc... needless to say, it was definitely tough. I'm sure the mod maker or commissioner had a bit of a tough time getting ahold of the models (unless they got it from that legend DJ Normality) and I genuinely applaud this here.
Voicelines however are kind of a no-go, unless someone would be insane enough to spend time sorting through the HUNDREDS of audio files that are only named Numerically. Goddamn Wwise.
