Romanian T-55 Paint Scheme

A paint scheme for the T-55 based on the F-16 currently used by Romania. It is not a 1:1 replica, instead being more of a recreation. The camo is still faithful, with most markings being present, with a change to one of the sides, replacing the warning text with a bit of flavor text I preferred to add.
