Replaces all Security FP hands

Notes:

Bone weights will look somewhat sloppy if you look hard enough, combination of Source engine bone weight limits + sloppy porting
Actual hand pose can vary depending on which gun you're using and if you're using custom animations or not. Guns with old anims like the FAL will have issues like strange wrist twists, others like the M16 or Sandstorm ports will look fine for the most part.
