Station Piston Elevator II - PoC

Description
A new elevator design. Uses 2 pistons for stability. Battery operated. Elevator is control panel isolated from the rest of the station except when charging. Deselect Battery Recharge and then disconnect PC - Ele/Main connector to isolate the elevator. Speed setting optimized to minimize wavering at top and bottom.
