Project Vehicle: Cyberbound (Re-upload)

Description
This is a re-upload as the original was removed and my server used this mod and my players and worlds was crashing since it was missing this mod

A complete rebuild of an old mod.

As an experiment, I decided to make tuning for cars and based on the Pimp My Ride mod - https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=896508953&searchtext=Pimp

The code is extended for its own functionality and does not conflict with the base

All transport so far can be bought at a special station, which can be bought at a regular workbench.

The tuning station is purchased there.

Stock up on money, such cars are not cheap :D

LazerRay, The Classic Van controller can be obtained by exchanging the decoration of this car on the garage table (At least, that's what I originally assumed. lmao)

It might be fixable, I recently found a similar bug in another mod and that dev is currently working on it.

Looks like car 14 (Classic Van) is missing from the garage terminal while you are in normal mode, but it shows up in admin mode, unless there is another way to get that one.
