Go to Chapter 8 and click the mission called "Report." Then follow these steps

1. Put Butler and Duke in the Ballroom
2. Put Butler in the Gun room
3. Put Duchess in the Witness Room
4. Put Butler in the Ballroom
5. Put Butler in the Gun Room
6. Put Butler and Duchess in the Ballroom

There you go and you should get the achievement : )
