In order to consolidate things a bit, please try to post these questions in this thread and others can help you if they know the solution. Make sure that you use spoiler tags for any and all solutions that are posted. Also, listing the Chapter and/or puzzle title will make it easier for people to help you. I played the game once in February, and every time I've tried to open it since it'll do the loading screen then go black. I have Zero clue why, I've uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times. I really liked it and want to keep playing, but it's been 10 months and I'm still struggling....

I bought the game and did a test run of it, it crashed, now anytime I try to open it, it has the loading screen and just goes black. I've reset my computer, reinstalled the game several times, turned of cloud save for the game, nothing has changed. I'm probably going to refund which is a shame, I really wanted to play this game....
