A "lite" mod that can be easily overwritten that augments the capabilities and aggression of AI.

Features:
- More varied AI troop compositions with better troop ratios.
- Revamped AI strategic intelligence, AI has a much greater emphasis for cooperation and aggression in a war. AI will have better prioritization of targets.
- AI can make client states and satrapies, confederate, and will liberate.
- Revamped diplomacy: AI will emphasize survival if its on its last leg and will likely accept peace or even offer itself to another faction as a satrapy. AI will be more willing to broker deals that mutually benefits them.
- Diplomatic memory: The policies you enact today will affect you tomorrow, and it takes years for those affects to fade. This can can create congenial enemies or turbulent partners.
- Substancially increased AI budget limits. AI emphasizes developing economy as much as military.
- AI will better manage happiness and food deficits better.
- AI will broker more diplomatic deals/alliances with each other.

Compatibility:
This mod and its updates are fully save game compatible. Can be overwritten by pretty much any other mod. Should be able to work well with overhaul mods but must be loaded to overwrite them.

Thanks to Kookie55768 for the extensive playtests on this mod. He has done a Grand campaign up to 700 turns and completed the victory conditions for nearly every campaign with multiple factions.

Quick question on aggressiveness. I'm on turn 50 and I haven't been attacked yet as Rome. What tables do you tweak for aggressiveness and the AI attacking settlements? Thanks.

@wonowon doing some tweaks to AI behavior, just trying to make them have better defensive priority without compromising effective aggression. Updates will be savegame compatible.

@jwood is this something you observed with this mod or something you are trying to fix with vanilla? There is a table with limit to proportion of income that the AI can spend per turn that I have modified for this mod, allowing for much higher expenditures.

@Stoked what mods are you using. Neither this mod nor the AI mod affect battle entities or really anything else battle related.

I've been using all of these mods you made and There seems to be some sort of glitch. I'm not sure which one it is but I'm guessing it is the AI or Units mod. You can kill the an enemy unit down to like 100 or so soldiers and only be able to see 1 guy carrying the flag. This one guy is invincible and will destroy an entire army in time... can you look into this?

How do you get the AI to spend all it's money? Carthage has over 10k and has no army or Navy along the 4 provinces in Africa... Totally undefended Egypt just picked them off one by one.. It's armies and navies are in iberia...They also own all of Sicily and no troops there either.

@JWOODS I haven't done startpos editing other than TPY so I can't tell you. You can restrict agent caps for either players or ai or both but not sure if by faction. I imagine you would have to go into each faction tech tree and take them out individually, on top of startpos editing. Thanks for playing the mod!

I have a general modding question if you don't mind. I cannot get an answer anywhere else i tried. Is it possible to allow agents to only certain factions? I tried adding an agent to the startpos replacing a unit. Did not work. Just curious more than anything
