Description
WIP!

Overview
Enables renaming grids and switching from static/ship without needing the player who owns the majority of the blocks.

But how?
The faction of the SE-derived "grid owner" is determined, then all faction members are added to the "Big Owners" list. This "Big Owners" list is used by SE for options like renaming and convert to ship/station.

Notes
-Won't update based on faction member list changes, it's triggered by block ownership updates at a grid level
-Obviously does nothing for unowned grids or factionless builders

This is currently unlisted as it's a bit of a WIP prototype. I don't have enough data to say for sure what interactions this may have with common server/MP altering mods
