Description
Looks like someone spilled their Unusualifier all over!

This is a team-colored Unusual effect, which is inspired by the Unusualifier item and the Unusual Effect icon.
The name "Unusualified" is in reference to this, though "Searing Spectrum" will work if the former is too on-the-nose.
