RuntimeGC [1.4]

For no reason, RuntimeGC for 1.4 is gone a few days ago. The new, re-upload version can not clean the pawns. This version is for 1.3, I did not edit anything on it, but based on my testing, everything, including the pawn cleaning, works well in 1.4. So, I just added the 1.4 tags to it. It looks much better without the version warning. I don't have any idea to fix any problem you have in game, so it would not help even though you report it.
Warning: The possible reason may be: Cleaning pawns would also clean the bosses when they are still on their way, and it would cause severe problems. In my own save, after the countdown reaches zero the boss warning disappears but nothing happens. BUT, THE GAME STARTS LAGGING. Be careful when using this mod.
