Gives Yellow Line Skills to Spellweavers

Adds yellow skills to the first row of spellweavers because apparently stacking deeper than 6 rows causes problems

They're probably still gonna suck at fighting.

This was spellweaver specific, no changes to the hero, FYI

The yellow line skills are not appearing on the hero, maybe there is a mod conflict somewhere but its ok
