This is a modern HM Coastguard Rescue Station based on the one in Macduff, Aberdeenshire, UK.
HM Coastguard are responsible for maritime, coastal, and land-based search and rescue in the UK. Although many older Coastguard stations are still in use, modern industrial style buildings are starting to replace them.

In terms of gameplay this is about one-third of a vanilla Disaster Response Unit, but with one more road vehicle in place of a helicopter (as these are usually based at local airports instead of Coastguard bases).
