Honestly most busters at full charge feel that way as well, especially the Ultimate Buster, which would probably have been fine with just the one projectile.
This's all just how I myself feel about things, though. I still really appreciate this mod's existence, and especially the usage of the original game sound effects.
The damage your busters' basic shots deal feels about right for Storm Tornado's hits, though their charged shots... I guess they're stronger than the original game because you want them to be more worth charging? Though firing basic shots should have value too, in my mind. 🤔
