XP Rework

Description
Burning Blood Campaign:

- Changed level cap to 70
- Lowered the required XP needed to level up
- Increased the attribute cap to 15
- Changed the range of the XP gathering to include the full map instead of just around the Hero's

Soul Harvest & Fallen God:

- Halved XP increment & starting XP needed
- Includes the same changes as previously mentioned
