Infantry Focused Warfare (Fyxe)

Description
This is a simple mod that removes most vehicles from being produced. Anything past a scout car or infantry support truck cannot be built from production buildings.

NOTE: You can still call in vehicles from commander requisitions.

NOTE NOTE: There's no way this is balanced, use at your own will.
