Melee Animation - Scarlet Edge CE Patch

Description
A quick patch for the Scarlet Edge melee weapon found in Epicguru's Melee Animation mod to have CE melee stats.
Stats are untested, probably unbalanced.

The fact that pawns can very easily carry any corpse, no matter how heavy, into butchering and dismantling should tell you something about their strength

A diabolus is 240 kilos, so the weight of a light motorcycle. Still a lot of weight for a human to throw.

he lifted a tons worth of mech with his sword and yeeted it. It's like stabbing a tank and shoving it aside.
