Charlemagne Bloodline

This contains the same bloodline that my historical bloodlines mod does just by itself this time.

This mod adds a bloodline for Charlemagne both historically(if you start a game after he has already been dead), and attainable via the coronation event when being crowned emperor.

This does touch the history and event files so other mods that use those will likely not be compatible.
