Additional Diplomacy - First Impressions

Description
When two Civilizations first meet, they will either make good or bad first impressions on each other. This is a semi-random (more mean leaders are more likely to have/make bad impressions) diplomatic bonus or penalty that lasts for 25 turns.

Not compatible with any of the other 'Additional Diplomacy' mods, if you want to use them together use the all-in-one version.

Are you using other mods that might conflict? It's fine on my end.

Installing works, but there are no diplomatic modifiers after meeting a civ.
