Descripción
Hat Kid's travelling around the universe when some Time Pieces accidentally crash straight into her spaceship, sending her into a Time Rift! Will the Time Pieces manage to get their act together and help Hat Kid escape the rift, or will she spiral further into it?

Includes two Death Wishes, a Jlintgod Errands Candle and a harder version of Shockzo's boss fight! Includes a Time Stop flair that is fortunately not a computer screen.

Created for the February 2023 modding jam on the Hat in Time Discord server; the theme was Rivalry, chosen by Failboat!

nice boss but the death wish is approaching levels of sans fangames (seriously the clock shouldn't start at 1500)

The biggest enemy in the Death Wish isn't the boss, it's the camera. Can't say how many times I got royally screwed because the camera moved into a blind spot or completely flipped to the other side of the stage for some reason. :/

Works for me as well! Thank you for fixing it as quickly as you did! For the mod, I really liked it. The boss fight at the end was unique, but fun to play against. I also liked the story as well.

Just played through it not too long ago, and yep, it works! My PC issues were as simple to fix as just looking through the options and shouting to myself, "Turn the settings down from MAX you stubborn idiot!", and now that I was able to reach the ending, I can finally give my rating.

Simply put, it's a Short and Sweet map with a good dose of humor that caught me by surprise at the end with a fun custom boss fight, I haven't tested it with Mustache Girl yet since the story was clearly centered on Hat Kid, but the fact that It honestly seems like Time Stop and Ice Hat aren't outright needed is looking promising for the red hooded rebel.

Overall: 8/10, Excellent, I feel I'll find myself replaying it from time to time.

@794redfield @Nappaccino The boss fight should be fixed now, so now it doesn't rely on level streaming for the ending(which also fixes the timer bug) and actually makes the ending dialogue available!

I experienced the same bug as 794redfield, and one of my friends who was playing Online Party with me also experienced it. I don't think its a tech issue, since both my friend's and my computers are not potato quality. I liked the mod, but the boss fight is technically impossible to win atm due to the timer bug killing you. Hopefully you can fix it, and wish you good luck on it!

The mod was pretty good, but it was unfortunately soured by something I ran into at the end... I'm not sure if it was just my PC taking too long to load the cut-scene or if it was some kind of bug, but after beating the boss and the scene shifting to the Ship, I gained full control of Hat Kid and whatever cut-scene was supposed to play just wouldn't start.
All the while the Death Wish countdown kept ticking until it eventually hit 0, killed me, and then restarted the whole fight, this happened twice before I decided to cut the run short. Maybe my PC really is just being a potato in that instance but if it is a bug, I think I just found one to squash.
