Byzantine Army

This mod replaces vanilla men-at-arms for Byzantine Empire with new ones made by me
All new men-at-arms are based on Byzantine army during Komnenian era

List of new men-at-arms:

• Peltast - Light Infantry
  
• Toxotai - Archers
  
• Skoutatos - Heavy Infantry + Pikemens but not as effective
  
• Koursores - Light Cavalry with more Armor
  
• Doryphoroi - Horse Archers with less Damage but with more Armor

Note: You and all Greeks will no longer be able to hire vanilla men-at-arms anymore
Note2: You or AI do not need to research this as there is a decision to instantly unlock all the cool stuff
Note3: Only Greek culture lose access to Vanilla/Regular men-at-arms, other cultures do not lose them


I just wanted to play as Byzantine Empire with Byzantine Army but there was no such mod in the workshop
Now there is one


Compatible with almost everything, the mod touches only this vanilla files:
window_menatarms_type_view - to replace vanilla men-at-arms with new one
00_cultural_maa_types - to add new illustration for Cataphracts men-at-arms
texticons - Nobody ever used this file on my memory but if you are a perfectionist then this is the most important one

**Some new regiments icons were created by me but still many credits goes to Salicy and his HoC mod
