Hello guys. Welcome to my first mod ever. One of my favourite ways of playing Rimworld is turning it into completely medieval experience using lots of overhaul mods. There are many amazing ones on the workshop, but there is something you can never get enough of - mods that add more medieval apparel. So, I learned how to make Rimworld art and how to code in xml and after over a month of hard work my mod is ready to be released.


The original idea of adding few pieces of medieval noble apparel went out of hand and I ended up adding much more. I settled on making 7 new clothes and 4 new weapons mostly inspired by Eastern European nobility and groups such as Cossacks (I know that these items technically aren't medieval because they appeared after XV century but Rimworld doesn't really differentiate the historical eras such deeply :] ) and I’m planning to add more in the future. Have fun!









Q: Do I need any other mods or DLCs to use this mod?
A: No, It’s completely standalone. However, the contents of the mod have been made with Royalty and Medieval Overhaul in mind. With royalty the noble apparel will be in Noble Apparel research and will satisfy noble needs. With Medieval Overhaul the weapons are rebalanced and fit into correct weapon tiers, while the apparel needs Tailoring research instead of Complex Clothing.

Q: Is this mod CE compatible?
A: Unfortunately, no. I will think about doing the patch for it but as of now I still don’t know how to do it and I’m rather short on time.

Q: I really don’t like one specific item from this mod. What to do?
A: You can remove it from the game with Cherry Picker mod. It’s a powerful and simple tool that I recommend learning how to use.

Q: Do these spawn on pawns?
A: Some do but rather rarely. I believe that my apparel is very specific and would look off being used randomly by tribals for example, so these are mostly intended to be used by the player.

Q: Does this mod add new factions?
A: No, it only adds weapons and apparel that you can see above.

Q: Is this mod well balanced?
A: I can’t promise it as it’s my first mod and I’m still learning.

Q: Can I suggest new content?
A: Sure! Just know that I don’t plan to add duplicates of content form mods such as Medieval Overhaul and overall, I will probably not be able to find time to make them in the near future so don’t expect quick content updates.

I was thinking about retexturing a whole mod and adding some more weapons and armour but I'm focusing on other projects. Right now I'm making some stuff for Medieval Overhaul
