Description
Hello everyone and welcome. I would like to present my campaign "Saving Private Pesko". Feel free to comment. Any feedback is appreciated.

=About=

Saving Pvt. Pesko (SSP) is a SinglePlayer/Co-Op four level campaign with a simple storyline. The available Co-Op modes are Coin Co-Op, Standard Co-Op and of course Classic Co-op. The SinglePlayer campaign features four levels, each one gets a bit harder from the first to the last and in each level you get to pick up new weapons and get introduced to new dangerious enemies. Some levels have small boss fights. Each level contains all different kinds of secrets: Generic, Mini and Parkour Secrets. Some are easy and some are more difficult to find.

In this campaign you play as Sam "Serious" Stone and while on his way he gets a call from a different HQ, Sam finds out that one soldier and also his oldest friend Pesko from Team Alpha got stuck inside a pyramid while trying to save himself from Mental's Horde.

When entering a different section of a level there is always an Autosave. Every level is not simple to go trough, it has locked doors and you have to find keys, key cards and artifacts so you can finish the section of the level and go to the next one. Some parts of the levels have hordes of enemies coming at you and then you must proceed carefully and not rush things.

ost of the sections have enough ammo, health and armor needed to clear the section. And after each hard battle you get rewarded with a good new weapon.

The campaign features alot of new models, new textures, new music and new voice overs. It also has different characters.
- Serious Sam
- Pvt. Pesko
- Sgt. Hondo
- HQ

The campaign takes place in Egypt, mostly you are in the temples fighting against Mental's minions. The environemnt features Slum, Temples, Desert and Tombs. Basically there is no part taken in the City environment.

Levels List:

1. The Unexpected Assingnment
2. The Pharaoh's Temples
3. The Yards of Thoth
4. The Rescue

The levels are mostly named based on the places you're at or the objective in the level. The level design is referenced from the real world, some places are recreated and a bit modified. Some are made up.

I havent used Visibility Sectors for optimization but not to worry as I tried to optimize it as much as possible. On lower computers it will have to 42FPS max and 29FPS min while on more powerfull computers it will have 78FPS max and 56FPS min on DX9

Known Bugs/Glitches:
- The first locked door in the first level for some reason when you press 'E' to use after that it disables the usage while in editor it doesn't do that. So I suggest pickup up the keys first before using the doors.

Additional Content requred to play:
- Mischievious's NPCs
- Ultimate Resource Pack (Bleeding Khnum)
- Jewel of the Nile DLC
- Ultimate Zorg Pack

NOTE:This campaign does not have anything to do with the movie "Saving Private Ryan".

Thanks To:
John J. ♥♥♥♥ (Voice Acting)
Marko Pesic (Pvt. Pesko Skin Texture, Voice Acting)
Florian Schneider (Beta Testing)

PATCH 02082014
Changes:
- The Lightmap has been fixed on every level.
- More health and armor items added on the first, second and the third level.
- Update in the Tombs of the last level.

Oh hey, I missed your comment, so ok, I thought there was a different reason for the disappearance. But so, I digress, I think there could've been a way to safekeep the Mod on SS3 somehow.

It's not a remaster in any way, it's just ported into fusion, nothing has been touched or change from the SS3 version, and the reason its removed is because it makes too much clutter in my workshop list (it's in 3 parts and SS3 had a limit to how big your files can be)

So it's literally the same just in a different version of the game.

I don't understand why "Adventures Of Pesko" is now hidden on SS3's Workshop? You may say to play the Remaster, but I sometimes just prefer staying in the original SS3.

Play the remaster in SS Fusion

This mod almost feels like an extension of the main game with a quick start right in the action, many sandy courtyards and some areas nicely which recreate the great boxed arenas of earlier games. An area with strobing lights in the fourth level can be rough if you're sensitive to such things. Overall average difficulty on Normal with infinite ammo.

Great work! Played this in 2023, should have done this sooner. Lots of fun and beautiful visuals. I wish you make another one, in collab with Croteam/Devolver and make it a paid DLC. Thanks to all the people involved in this project for giving us extra value to SS3.
