Description
Rishi Spaceport is a high-capacity processing and production facility built to collect and process ores and ice into useful materials, and producing parts for additional colonization and planetary expansion.

Rishi Spaceport also serves as a space crew rest station. Crew services include full accommodations for 8 crew. Medical services includes 2 medical rooms with 4 hospital beds and a complete diagnostic suite. Rishi Spaceport also includes processing monitoring, crew quarters, and two crew lounges in a rotating dome. Cryogenic services are provided on Deck 2 via 8 cryo chambers. Primary power is supplied by 40 wind turbines; excess power is stored in 9 batteries, and 4 hydrogen engines are provided for backup power. Station defenses are provided by 15 Gatling turrets, 2 assault cannon turrets, and 6 interior turrets.

Ore, ice, and part processing and production are provided by 16 advanced refineries, all upgraded with yield modules, 4 advanced assemblers, all upgraded with speed modules, and 4 O2/H2 generators. Ore, ice, and parts are stored in 2 large cargo containers and 1 small cargo container; hydrogen gas is stored in 2 large hydrogen tanks, and oxygen gas is stored in 3 oxygen tanks.

Ships visiting Rishi Spaceport may land at any of the 4 large landing pads, or in either of the 2 hangar bays. Two height-adjustable connectors at the station's base allow rover connection access.

Two optional scripts are utilized at Rishi Spaceport:

Significant amounts of DLC are utilized. No mods are required, but the Nanobot Build and Repair System is very useful if building this blueprint in survival.

NOTES FOR BUILDING WITH A PROJECTOR IN SURVIVAL
This blueprint includes 4 subgrids, but are each easily built in survival.
Build the Main Grid
(See the second-to-last picture.)
1. Find a reasonably large, flat area.
2. Build a battery that is embedded into ground level.
3. Build a projector on top of the battery; the projector's front (vertical line) will be oriented opposite landing pad 1.
4. Load the Rishi Spaceport blueprint into the projector; set the projector to "Keep Projection".
5. Build the blueprint.
Build the Dome Grid
(See the last picture.)
https://steamproxy.net/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2941314782
1. Install a conveyor junction on top of the advanced rotor's head.
2. Build a projector on one side of the conveyor junction (I locate it opposite the button panel; the projector's front (vertical line) should be oriented away from the conveyor junction.
3. Load the Rishi Spaceport Dome blueprint into the projector; set the projector to "Keep Projection".
4. Build the blueprint.
Build the Antenna Grid
1. Build an antenna dish that is connected to the hinge at the top of the dome.
2. Rotate the hinge to 45° (or some other angle); lock the hinge.
Build the two Piston Connectors at the Central Base
1. Build a curved conveyor at the end of each piston.
2. Build a connector at the end of each curved conveyor.
3. Rename the connector that's attached to Piston 1 to be "Base - Piston 1 Connector".
4. Rename the connector that's attached to Piston 2 to be "Base - Piston 2 Connector".

When complete, use the button panel that's attached to the dome rotor to set the dome rotor speed to 0.5 RPM (or faster or slower, according to what effect you want). Disengage rotor lock to allow the dome to rotate. The transitional space between the spaceport and the dome is unpressurized.

Thanks. It was mostly built during a survival game on the Alien planet. I tweaked the design a bit in creative to add some finishing touches.
