Description
Pear's Motor Works proudly presents their entry for the second Anvil designer's challenge of this year; build something inspired by/from the Star Citizen verse. PMW opted for an in-between between a replica and something more tailored to Empyrion's needs. This version of the 400i is bigger than the real deal, which allowed for a layout that follows the original, but gave some extra space for devices not found in Star Citizen, but that we really need in Empyrion.
Also the flight characteristics we tried to mimic; this means a whole lot of back thrust and plenty of manoeuvrability, but not a lot of strafing or lift thrust. With heavy loads: point the nose up and let the back thrusters do the work. You can also easily add more down thrust in the expansion rooms, next to the shield and warp drive. A few more hollow spots can be found around there, take a look in creative to spot them all. Plenty of deco throughout the ship you can use to install upgrades.

Automated ramps; front: simple motion sensor setup, hop on quickly! Open it by standing in the front of the hangar.
rear; always opens on approach. Goes down manually via P-menu or button in hangar always. Those are OVERRIDES. The automated system will not function when the elevator is lowered manually.
To exit with an HV as solo player: turn on the automated system, hop in your HV within 4 seconds (red warning light) and just drive off when reaching the bottom. On return; if you are quick enough out of the range (towards the bow) of the internal motion sensor, the system works smoothest. If you aren't quick enough, no biggy, it just goes down and up another time.
PMW develloped a miner that fits inside the rear hangar. two of them actually. Dock them on the sides. It is tight, but do-able. Check out the ROC miner (very loosely based on the ROC from Star Citizen)

A big shout out to Vollinger to help me with the signal logic on this. He came up with the system of labelling signals through inverters and zero second delays. Literally could not have done it without his help.

Room for 7 crew and 1 guest (suggested; 4 alien engineers that can handle some rads)

Shield @6800 with 1 capacitor and 1 charger
Idle powersave/ savety thruster override (when walking around, all thrusters and the 2 big generators shut down)
on Multiplayer servers the signals might mall-function (known non-solvable bug as I understand), consider unlinking the signals for the generators if it causes issues.

2 sentry guns guarding the entrance
2 cannon turrets (bottom)
4 minigun turrets (2 rear, 2 bottom)

later game suggestion: make this into a ground pounder! if you convert one of the main cargo holds to ammo, you can fit a lot of turrets next to the rear hangar entrance.

there have been a few Bengals posted on the workshop in the past, might need some upgrading, but that shouldnt be a biggy with all that space aboard :)

It says Starter CV, but I made it my main Kriel attack ship. (using a few mods for more damage output) I have this in Star Citizen, now I can actually enjoy it in a working game! :) Love it, thanks for sharing.
