Last Prism Rainbow Panel Selector

Inspired by Steam Avatar Frame with the same name, I just caught up with idea of making it into a panel selector, turns out that it cannot be done unless I am making a copy of the default HUD, probably. it actually works like in the preview if you want to use it.

Turns out there's only 1 file to edit for the every panel selector, and it looks like a square, while there's a rectangle panel selector, the game would stretch in the file for the rectangle and square panel selector (as seen in the preview), resulting in an undesired result. and there's no way to edit it, since the stretching is coded inside the game's exe file.

If you want to modify it, you are welcome to do so.

I am still thinking on using it on another part, like the loading bar maybe?
