(Vanilla) Zero Range Towers

Description
Simple mod that reduces all tower range to zero, making them effectively useless. For when you need those OP towers at Skavenblight to thoroughly shove it.

(Currently working for 4.1.4)

@Augustus This mod works on the latest version of the game, no update necessary. Unless I'm wrong, as long as the new lords use the original defense towers of their culture, this mod should apply to them as well.

I have not updated it for Chaos Dwarves yet, but it will still work on every tower except for Chaos Dwarf wall towers. I will try to update it later this week.
