This will be used for some Scenic NPCs I will consider making down the road for my addon, or it might be a seperate addon of its own.

For my current Outlast SNPCs addon, this is not required for the time being

@Ivan The Space Biker I just have one more question will the scenic npcs just be the dudes from outlast like the wheelchair variant and rudolf wernicke where they don't really do anything.
