AgePyramid

Description
In our world, developed countries tend to have low fertility and aging populations, while developing countries tend to have high fertility and high death rates.
In Rimworld, all factions appear in a wide range of age groups. If you think this is odd, use this mod!

This mod changes the average age of pawns according to its tech level.
It can be set on the configuration screen.
If you are using a HAR race, for example, you may need to add that race from your config.

このMODはポーンの平均年齢を文明レベルに応じて変化させます。
設定画面で調整可能。とくにHAR種族を使っているなら要チェック。

Expansive is high birth and high death, Constrictive is low birth and low death. Default is same as vanilla.
This wikipedia page will be your help.

Considering archotechs/spacers/ultras have access to age reversal and cryo-technology, maybe they could have a combination of high chronological age and low biological age at the same time?

It may have been inappropriate to use the example of the Stone Age as an analogy.
I will rewrite it soon.

you're born. you be father by 12. you're not an expert. you're a father. by the time your child is able to learn what you know, you're dead.

if we died around 30yo. we would never have levelled out tech. Average life expectancy is low because of high child mortality, not short lifespans...

In the stones age, you have around 45% chance to die before reproductive age (otherwise, specie die, if less than haf reproduce...) and then about 10% chances to be murdered (yes...) and then about 75% chances to see you're 45 to 60's.

then you're dead. Living beyond 60 without modern medecine is sheer luck (or king level of lifestyle)

tribes not having heart monitors instantly losing 15 years of there life span another 15 to sterile material and 1 due to medicine

As others have commented Mortality rates were mostly because of infants and childhood. Ramses II lived past 90 ......3200 years ago as an example no heart rate monitors, modern medicine, sterile surfaces etc.

Lini makes a good point, there's a reason that, historically, a lot of cultures had a habit of only giving names to children over a certain age, waiting anywhere from a few weeks to a year before naming them.

Don't forget that average life expectancy also includes child/infant mortality rates. The average life expectancty nowadays is very high, in part because people aren't dying within the first few years - everyone always makes the mistake that people died in their twenties in medieval times, when instead it was just that if you made it out of childhood you probably had a decently long life ahead of you (but were the lucky one of six to eight dead siblings, the others not making it to adulthood at all)
